With a sharp eye for detail and a steady presence on site, Acer is the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. As Site Supervisor, he supports our Construction Manager, Ash, working closely with our trusted trades to keep quality high, timelines on track, and every part of the build flowing seamlessly.

• Before joining the building and carpentry world, Acer built a career in IT – a field that sharpened his skills in precision, systems thinking, and problem-solving. But he was drawn to something more hands-on – a path where he could see the tangible results of his work. The shift from “circuits to sawdust” seven years ago, has proven to be a perfect fit, blending his technical mindset with a passion for building beautiful, functional spaces that people will live in, grow in, and make memories in.
• Clients often comment on how much they enjoy working with Acer – his calm confidence, upbeat energy, and ability to keep things on track, even when the unexpected happens.
• Outside of work, Acer is a proud dad of two and loves nothing more than getting out for a ride or heading off on a new adventure with his kids.
