Paul and Jodee came to Envy Abode after a glowing referral from one of our past clients, seeking to create their dream forever home in Malvern East. Their vision centered around the complete transformation of a tired, single-fronted Edwardian residence into a timeless and functional home. The result is a beautifully balanced blend of classic Edwardian charm and modern living – tailored to their lifestyle and built to stand the test of time.
After reviewing the original plans, our team identified key opportunities to enhance the design. We re-drafted the architectural drawings to incorporate essential detailing and refined elements that had been overlooked, ensuring the final result reflected Paul and Jodee’s aspirations. The design called for retaining only the original Edwardian rooms at the front of the home, while the remainder was carefully demolished to make way for a striking modern extension that flows seamlessly toward the rear, embracing light, space, and contemporary living.
