Envy Abode managed the entire project for Rhys and Dannii in the inner Melbourne suburb of Malvern. We constructed a modern second floor house extension which seamlessly intergrates with their existing home, ensuring a cohesive flow throughout. Our team handled every detail, allowing Rhys and Dannii to enjoy a stress-free home renovation and extension experience.

The end result was amazing with a contemporary second-floor home extension consisting of two new bedrooms, living space, and bathroom giving our clients the much-needed space for their growing family without having to sell up to buy a larger home.      

 

The biggest challenge we faced at this project was keeping the existing open-plan living area watertight and site access with large steel beams that needed to be installed at the rear of the home. With our excellent project management team we meticulously prepared and executed a plan for the steel delivery, crane, and installation crew to safely install the new beams for the second-floor extension.
