A previous client highly recommended Envy Abode to Kate and Peter to extend and renovate their St Kilda home. The original home was in great need of a home renovation and additional space to accommodate their growing family. Our team handled the ground floor extension and renovation that included a contemporary modern kitchen, walk in pantry, laundry and living area.
Bringing this home back to life with modern architecture while keeping parts of its original charm created a homely blend as you walk through the home. As you enter via the original entry and front rooms the house transforms with each step seamlessly intertwining the original features with modern as you walk into the expansive contemporary living and kitchen area.
Delivering such a project didn't come without its challenges, situated on a tight access site and narrow dead-end street made deliveries of steel and material challenging at best. Envy Abode's project management team was able to take on the challenge and complete the project with not only happy clients but neighbours as well.
